I don’t know how to explain it.
The biscuits in this Dutch oven bake-it-yourself biscuit, a staple of American breakfast and lunch, are a delight to eat.
But, if you’re like me, you crave something savory and crunchy with the biscuit.
And this Dutch-oven biscuit was the perfect accompaniment to a meal of scrambled eggs and bacon.
Recipe Notes I like to roast the biscuits at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until they’re soft and golden brown.
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture before baking.
