Keto biscuits, known by their English name, keto biscuits, are a new treat that are perfect for anyone craving a new taste sensation.
I’ve been eating keto for the past year and a half, and have had so much success with it, I just can’t help but keep making it, says Rachel Dyer, who runs the keto bakery, The Biscuit Kitchen in London.
Keto biscuits are made from a mixture of brownies, butter, flour, and salt.
These biscuits are then baked for an hour or two at 350 degrees Celsius to give the perfect crunch and texture, and then topped with buttered caramel.
The biscuit comes in a huge tin, which you can use for baking, or put in the fridge to cool completely, according to Dyer.
I was inspired to make a keto brownie when I was asked to help with a catering event for the charity Bake Off.
I had already cooked the cake in advance, but my guests were all so hungry, so I decided to make them something special.
They were amazing, and my guests loved them.
They made for the best family dinner ever, and they were just as good as any regular chocolate cake, Dyer says.
The Biscuits Kitchen has over 40 flavours of keto-friendly brownies to choose from, with the most popular being the “Butter and Caramel Brownie”, which is a combination of chocolate, coconut milk and butterscotch spread.
The biscuits are also gluten-free, vegan, and gluten-friendly.
The recipe is simple to make, with just a few ingredients, Dyers says.
There’s no need to buy a cake tin, or a baking sheet.
Just bake a large baking tin with a big baking pan, or use a baking mat for baking.
You can also buy a plastic tub or cake mould.
Dyer says it’s a great way to try out a new flavour or recipe.
“It’s easy to make for the first time, and the best part is you can change it as often as you like,” she says.
“You can even make more than one batch and just use different flavours or mix different recipes.”
