Biscuits, as I mentioned in a previous article, are a favorite of mine, especially when I want a crisp, chewy, filling biscuit without having to throw out my usual loaf crust.
But as I was searching for ways to use sourdoug biscuits to add a little more flavor to my other baked goods, I came across a recipe from Popeye’s Baking Company.
The recipe is simple to make and the dough needs to be fairly light.
The sourdouche is then cut into 1-inch cubes and then combined with other ingredients like salt, garlic, onion, herbs, and spices.
The result is a delicious sweet biscuit.
